About This Experience

Sea Eagle’s charter gives your group its own speedboat and English-speaking guide for the day, and the price is per boat, not per person: $566 for up to 12 people on the dates we checked in early November 2026. For a couple that is about $283 each; shared across a family or a group of friends it comes much closer to a shared-tour price. It is rated 4.8 from 41 reviews, one of very few private speedboat charters from Krabi with a real review history.

Pickup starts from 8:00 in Ao Nang, Krabi Town and Klong Muang, with check-in at Nopparat Thara and the boat leaving at about 9:00; Railay guests are collected at Railay East floating pier. The suggested route runs Maya Bay first, on foot from Loh Samah Bay, then snorkeling off Phi Phi Leh, Pileh Lagoon, Viking Cave and Monkey Bay from the boat, lunch at Arida Restaurant on Phi Phi Don and a long swim at Bamboo Island before the ride home in mid-afternoon. Because the boat is yours, you can ask to stay longer where you like it.

Lunch is not included: the buffet is 280 THB per person extra. The national park fee is also extra, at 400 THB per adult and 200 THB per child aged 3 to 10.

A private boat does not empty the islands. The two low reviews say the day still felt crowded and hurried at the stops, and one found the guide’s English limited. The happy reviews include a family group of ten who spent the day as they wanted. If you want to reach Maya Bay earlier, a pickup before 7:00 costs 500 THB extra.

The park rules are the same as on shared boats: no swimming at Maya Bay, no drones, and no sunscreens with the banned reef-damaging ingredients.
